Rose Trellis Shawl

On page 62 of "A Gathering of Lace" I found a nice chart that can be used to make a romantic triangular bottom up lace shawl (Chart A, Part 1).
I tried it out with 100 grams of Isager's Tvinni colour 0 (natural white), 7,0 mm knitting needles for the main part, and 5,0 knitting needles for the sewn on edging.
The top came out not so very straight (maybe due to the way I have sewn on the edging afterwards).

Hello!
I just love this shawl, and have found the book for Chart A-1, but was wondering if you could tell me where you found the beautiful lace borders you used on this shawl.

Thank you,
Jean

I hope you still get comments on older posts! I love this rose trellis pattern and how you have used it here. You mention the yarn you use, but how many yards did the finished shawl take? Thanks, Terri Major. Major98092@yahoo.com
