Warm Lick

This afternoon I charted the Rolling Stones's Lick logo.
Haven't got the faintest idea what to use it for. Knitted woollen undies? A hot teapot cozy? A rockin' baby blanket? A dog sweater? Embroidered slippers? All suggestions are welcome.

Glam Rock!

A new pair of beaded wristwarmers, knitted on 2.0 mm needles in dark brown alpacca wool (Indiecita #409) with a garland of mauve and silver coloured seed beads.
The bead pattern comes from The Priscilla Cross Stitch Book from 1899, made freely available in pdf by The Antique Pattern Library.

Dalegarn Konfekt Sweater

The great thing about this pattern is that it requires almost no finishing. Knitting the stockinette part was very boring; I don't like brainless zombie knitting... Luckily it went quite quickly.

Double Knitted Potholder

It's always fun to try a new technique, and I found some very nice antique charts (at The Antique Pattern Library) that I thought to be interesting to try in double knitting. Had some trouble making the pictures because at the photoshoot someone found just the perfect place to wash his naughty bits.
